How to choose a good spinning rod for fishing

Rods of this type are comfortable, compact, and especially popular for travel and beginners. However, due to their design, they are less sensitive.
Professionals prefer plug-in spinning rods. They disassemble by 2-3 knees. Advantages: accuracy of casting, use of light weights. Disadvantages: high cost and long folded length.

There are several types of spinning fishing: gin, twitching, flashing and trolling. Each of them requires gear adapted to its characteristics.

The size is suitable for different types of fishing:
- 1400-1800 mm: fishing from a boat on small ponds and rivers, convenient for casting at a close distance from a sitting position;
- 1800-2100 mm: fishing from a boat in medium water bodies, use from the bank with thickets, casting on mountain rivers;
- 2100-2700 mm: ideal length for shore fishing when long distance casts are required;
- 2700-3600 mm: for sea trolling, also suitable for clipping.

The best choice is the inertialess type. Such reels are universal, they instantly brake, they are used for all types of fishing.
Inertial ones are suitable only for trolling, when fishing from ice or from a boat.
The multiplier type is not very popular with us. Good for catching small fish due to its high sensitivity. Unsuitable for heavy loads.
